- 30 minutes consultation to review your needs, learn about the purpose of the contract and gather necessary information (this will allow us to give an exact fee for the contract)
- Drafting of a contract, up to 10 pages (including, but not limited to employee agreements, service provider agreements, NDAs, etc.)
- One 1-hour contract review consultation
- One set of revisions
* If contract is over 10 pages, additional fees may apply.

Please note, before accepting new clients, we are obligated to complete a conflict-of-interest check and determine if we can help you. You are not our client, and we are not your attorney until you have signed a formal client engagement agreement.
If hours included in a Subscription Legal Plan are used toward performing legal work that is otherwise subject to flat fee pricing, the flat fee pricing will not apply. Instead, the hours required to perform the work in excess of those included in the plan will be charged at the discounted hourly rates applicable to the plan.
The Subscription Legal Plans offered through Sobon Law LLC are not contracts of insurance or indemnification insurance plans and are not regulated as such. Sobon Law LLC is not an insurance company and does not guarantee legal representation in every situation.
Fees for Subscription Legal Plans are payable in advance. If expenses will be incurred in connection with legal services requested under a Subscription Legal Plan, these expenses are also payable in advance.
